Tremolo repeats

To place tremolo marks between notes, use \repeat with tremolo style:

       \context Voice \notes\relative c' {
         \repeat "tremolo" 8 { c16 d16 }
         \repeat "tremolo" 4 { c16 d16 }
         \repeat "tremolo" 2 { c16 d16 }
         \repeat "tremolo" 4 c16
       }
     }
