Here is an updated agenda for tomorrow's meeting.
 
I know that James will be coming.
 
But could anyone else planning to attend the meeting please let me know today so that I can inform security to let you in.
 

We have a conference phone, but we will have to phone out to each participant.

Could all those wishing to participate please let me know the number they wish to be called on and we will call at 13:00 (UK)

 
The documents for tomorrow's meeting should be on the web by tomorrow morning.
