Dear all,

This to announce the next FED meeting with a draft agenda.

As Geoff may only be able to be present for the first part of the meeting and Matt can only be present from 11:00 onwards UK time we will try and deal with software matters in the second part of the meeting.

Any suggestions for the agenda are still welcome.

Note that we will try and start at 10:00 UK
