all,
This to announce
the next FED UK meeting and a draft agenda.
Note it is NOT our
usual room (see attached map)
Geoff is at RAL
next Friday, but is only available in the afternoon.
I
know that Geoff and Jon will be coming.
But could anyone else planning to attend the meeting please let me
know today so that I can inform security to let you
in.
Owing to the bombings in London RAL is on a
high state of alert. Cars may be searched at the gate. And visitors refused
entry if they are not on gatehouse
list.
The documents for
tomorrow's meeting will be put on the web by Friday morning.
If anyone has any
material they wish to present could they please send to me at least one hour
before the meeting.
We have a conference
phone, but we will have to phone out to each
participant.
Could all those wishing to participate
please let me know the number they wish to be called on and we will call at
13:30

bring your own refreshments to the meeting room tomorrow,

As 904
is up and running we propose to hold future FED meetings at CERN, ~ once a
month.
